How It Works, Draw Process & Terms

At WDS Originals, our competitions give enthusiasts the opportunity to win one of our bespoke built vehicles for a small entry price.

Each car has been carefully sourced, rebuilt or prepared by the WDS team, and documented through our YouTube and social channels.

Every competition is run transparently with a live draw and clear rules so entrants can participate with confidence.

 

 

How To Enter

Entering a WDS Competition is simple:

  1. Select the competitions you wish to enter from the WDS Competitions page.

  2. Choose the number of tickets you would like to purchase.

  3. Answer a simple skill-based question correctly to secure your entry.

  4. Complete checkout securely via Shopify.

  5. You will receive confirmation by email with your ticket number(s).

Each ticket purchased equals one entry into the prize draw unless stated otherwise.

The more tickets you purchase, the greater your chances of winning.

Entrants must be 18 years or older.

 

 

The Draw Process

Once all tickets for a competition have sold, or the advertised closing date is reached:

  1. The draw will be conducted live on the WDS Originals YouTube channel or social media.

  2. All ticket numbers are entered into a random number generator.

  3. The winning number will be selected live during the broadcast.

  4. The winner will be contacted directly via email and phone.

If the winner cannot be contacted within 10 days, WDS Originals reserves the right to redraw a new winner.

 

 

The Prize

The winner will receive the vehicle listed on the competitions page.

Details of each prize vehicle including specification, condition and any modifications will be clearly listed on the competition listing.

The winner will also receive:

• V5C registration document
• Keys for the vehicle
• Any documentation associated with the build

Collection/delivery arrangements can be discussed with the winner after the live draw.

WDS Originals shall not be responsible for providing vehicle tax, insurance, fuel, or any other costs associated with the prize vehicle. All such costs shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.

 

 

Ticket Limits

Some competitions may have maximum ticket limits per person to ensure fairness.

These limits will be clearly stated on the competition listing.

WDS Originals reserves the right to cancel tickets that exceed stated limits.

 

 

Skill Based Questions

WDS Competitions are a prize competition, not a lottery. To comply with UK competition law, entrants are required to answer a simple skill question before completing checkout. The question must be answered correctly to secure a valid entry. 

 

 

Refunds & Cancellations

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable unless:

• The competition is cancelled by WDS Originals 

If a competitions is cancelled all entrants will receive a full refund to their original payment method.

 

 

Eligibility

By purchasing a ticket you confirm:

• You are 18 years of age or older
• You are legally able to participate in prize competitions in your country
• All information provided is accurate and truthful

WDS Originals reserves the right to disqualify entrants who breach these rules. No refund will be provided to disqualified entrants. 

 

 

Winner Announcement

The winner will be announced:

• During the live draw
• On WDS Originals social media channels
• On the Competitions page

By entering the competition you agree that WDS Originals may use your first name for winner announcements.

 

 

Liability

WDS Originals accepts no responsibility for:

• Incorrect contact information supplied by entrants
• Technical issues affecting ticket purchases
• Delays outside our control

Vehicles are supplied in the condition described in the listing. 

 

 

Data Protection

Your information will only be used for:

• Processing your competitions entry
• Contacting winners
• WDS Originals marketing communications (if opted in)

Your data will never be sold to third parties by WDS Originals Ltd.
